Capacitor Question

I repaired an amp for someone and the original problem was the 22uf 250 v no polar caps were blown .

I replaced the caps with the Mylar caps as suggested amp worked fine .

The customer opened the amp and sent it back saying the caps were not like the originals and I explained why the Mylar caps were used .

He basically said he wants the replacement caps to match the original caps and I told him I would give him his money back and send the amp back to him .

He got irritated and said he didn’t want his money back and wants the amp fixed so the replacement caps look original . He does not want to listen to what I’m explaining to him .

So at this point wondering if anyone knows where I can get 6 of these non polar caps from or an alternative cap that looks more original the the big Mylar caps that were used

A lot of amps used them. The diagram below is from a JBL BP1200.1. These are 10uF but the caps used vary from multiple 10uF to multiple 33uF BP.

I often deal with people like that.
Unfortunately you have to take these people the hard way and explain to them that next time, if they knew your business, they would fix the amp themselves.

Seriously: share this thread with this person so we can help make him realize how incompetent he is.
