Google draws a blank.
Markings read
KSGY099 and
HTGY099 and
BTGY099
I seem to have several similar ones, but the first letters are different.
Voltagedrop with my Fluke 8060A is around 0.15V

An externally hosted image should be here but it was not working when we last tested it.
GY099 Germanium diode 12v 0.1A possible DDR? See GY 099, Tube GY099; Röhre GY 099 ID38271, Solid-State-Diode
Pretty sure that's them 🙂
Thanks guys!
I really thought I googled every combination (BTGY099, 099, Y099, etc), but appearantly I had skipped "GY099"😕
100mA is no good, it's for three 4.7Vmax solar panels (the 4th was broken by some neighborhood kids when their soccerball went through the window). Now I only have three left, I need every millivolt I can salvage for charging a 12V battery, so I was looking for a low drop diode. Short circuit current is about 400mA, or over 1A when parallelling them for e.g. phone-charging.

Hoi Ric,
Not sure if it can be linked, but...
