Can you identify this (schottky?) diode?

Pretty sure that's them 🙂

Thanks guys!

I really thought I googled every combination (BTGY099, 099, Y099, etc), but appearantly I had skipped "GY099"😕

100mA is no good, it's for three 4.7Vmax solar panels (the 4th was broken by some neighborhood kids when their soccerball went through the window). Now I only have three left, I need every millivolt I can salvage for charging a 12V battery, so I was looking for a low drop diode. Short circuit current is about 400mA, or over 1A when parallelling them for e.g. phone-charging.

Hoi Ric,

Not sure if it can be linked, but...
