Can someone do the math for me to make this sealed sub a ported one?

An internal box size of 26x26x26 seems to be about right for the golden ratio and driver size.

Added 3 liters for the volume of the speaker driver.

Also

Resized the front of the box to fit in the 3 inch port. 38cm Length x 33cm Width (Height) x 30cm Depth:

Port size is 7.62cm = 3 inches.

Yes, you've got it. Yes, your response would be down to about 30 Hz. I'm glad you have the concept down for adding the space taken up by other things.

Just so you know, that response is valid for your living room. Those boxes would go wayyyy lower than most home speakers will. I'm not sure abou the cabin gain, perhaps someone like Perry can chime in for that piece of the puzzle. One thing is for sure, the super low bass coming from your car might attract some attention since most car systems simply can't do that.
