More likely a problem with any tray in/out microswitches. You will have to look at how it senses tray movement and make sure all the switches are OK. Also make sure the laser pickup is in the normal rest position.

Thanks for reply.
I never realize that to open this CD player I will need a Torx driver, end up looking for specialized store.
So I got the T6 driver, took the cover off...
When I plug the power, I noticed that CD motor start spinning for about 20sec, and it stopped, then laser assembly moved down, and I got "NO Disk" massage on the screen.
Then I open and close tray few times, and it was working with no issues.
I placed the CD then, and it works flawlessly.

Do you possibly know what may cause that?
One of the pictures shows the microswitches, are this the switches that you are talking about or there is more
