We will have quite an extensive layout at the Petaluma Community Center.
Both days we will have the Craft Room for registration, snacks, and tables for vendors.
On Saturday we will also have the Community Center Meeting Room for seminars and workshops.
On Sunday we have Assembly Hall (very large with stage), and three large breakout rooms, Activity, Conference 2, and the Club Room (Pass Room).

Outstanding! In our own backyard, so selfishly I'm happy, but I think everyone who attends will have a great time in the area and at the venue - I've been there several times.
Tom (Christiansen) and anyone else flying in could probably hitch a ride with others driving up from the bay area, so please post itinerary here to find potential ride share.
2019 and 2023 are unfortunately quite different. Having visited SF since the 60s I find it now totally disgusting. Hopefully it will make a comeback as it was one of my favorite cities. This is funny seen through the eyes of a born and raised New Yorker.
My wife and I went to BAF in 2019 and walked as much of the city as we could.
I can’t say I encountered anything that could even register on the NYC filth scale.

Briney we're gonna need a resume and some pictures of past work. you'll here back from Tom V.
Hey Briney,
No resume and pictures required, just your smiling face showing up.
I will put up an Eventbrite page for tickets once schedule and speakers are set. Price has not been set, but should be less than a ticket to a cheap seat at the San Francisco Opera.
See you there!

🤣…all kidding aside, Mordikai is the one to watch because he always participates in the coolest pcb and transistor group buys…his stash must be huge! I end up committing too many of projects to a full build which consumes time but is fun nonetheless.
Cheers to Mordikai for making me laugh!
Best,
Anand.
What project are we building in the Saturday workshop? On Saturday we will also have the Community Center Meeting Room for seminars and workshops.

An early photo of Mordikai to confirm...
Trying to move some things around so I can be there! You've been warned.

Oh, stuff... Why do you need specifics? 🙂What project are we building in the Saturday workshop?
If I end up making it (and that's still the plan, but not everything is within my control) I plan to bring an assembled HP-22 for the raffle.

What Build Camp projects are we planning for Saturday? Who knows what is going on in the mind of Nelson Pass right now?
Some possibilities for repeat performances: Nelson Brock's version of the ACA, the ACA Redux naked mono blocks, the ACA Mini, or the Slot Loaded Open Baffle. That last is probably not a go as it is expensive, large, and heavy.
But if you want a SLOB, Nelson Brock is hosting a build camp at Casa Brock in Sebastopol on July 8th. Check the thread. (BTW: the SLOB was a planned commercial product that never got brought to market. It is VERY GOOD. If you want $5,000/pair speakers for $750 - be there or be square.)
