I've got 4 x these built (complete with output Sankens) but untested plus 2 x kit (which do not include the output transistors). I'm not going to use them.
Someone can have the whole lot for £50 + P&P. The output transistors are worth that.

I built a Burmester 933 clone amplifier,
I added a power supply and speaker protection panel with 60,000 uF of buffer and a soft starter with a 300VA toroidal transformer. I had some smoke on both sides, it still sounds beautiful. It cost $ 325 with the whole box and everything.

Sorry to reply to an holder post. Do you have any other amp to compare it with?
I mean do you have any "reference amp" so you can compare and tell us why it sounds good?
Because I'm looking to build an amp with these boards, and actually I own a very good Gainclone based amp, and I'm actually thinking if this design woul be an improvment or not in my setup.
