Hi every body
please do some thing good
please share the PCB and Layout and shematic of final amp in site.
have good time
thanks

Here is how the finalstage looks 000webhost.com - free web hosting provider
I used TC429 for drives, they are strong enough to handle 6A peaks. I use them so in the near future probably i will want to handle more power on output.
Anyway now i have a little time for this, i am stil working on designing the amp.
Regarding the choper transistors, i too was thinking to use IRFB4227, they are probably the best solution for high power class D amps.
I will come back latter, now i gotta run to work
Cheers
IRFB4227's are very pwoerful but do need a lot of driving.
I used tc4420's for driving the gates but found I got a lot of noise on power down. A NPN/PNP pair is a better solution.

pls post your schema

As per datasheet except pnp/npn gate buffers.
And overcurrent is set to be very high to stop accidental tripping.
hi microsim which transistors can be used in totem pole to drive 4 pairs irfb 4227 or irfp250 or irfp264 or (irf640 6pairs)??
