There are a few professional custom tube amplifier builders, at least in Italy. Most of them do not advertise online, but there are exceptions such as SB-LAB - La passione per le Valvole ; this is one of the least expensive (it currently asks 30 euro/hour). I don't have any affiliation and I don't know the quality of his work. Some of them could also supply the CNC machined chassis parts and/or the wood.
