thans for your precious advice.i have etch your av400 pcb but you dont send /show the circuit and component list and power supply.how the bias is set .at present time i don,t have camera after some time i will show your pcb etched by me and i also want to etch your new av800 amplifier pcb. plz send me that pcb file thanking you.yours ever masood have a nice day .

1) print file laser printer.

2) clean pcb board and paper to pcb use iron box with 10min over all press.

3) move to water....

4) mix acid and water to basin..

5) light touch pcb to mixed acid and clean with water and remove paper and touch with cloth and apply nail polish to use some print correction after etching...

6) and mixed acid etching...

7) finish pcb board..

next drilling and component mounting...

dear nazirdigi,
good morning i want to etch my pcb i expose the image by negative and sun.the image is fine but when i dip it in ferric cloride to etch unwanted copper the image also disfigure i mean image also eaten by ferric chloride .plz hep me to get fast/strong image on clad board.there are not t 20 type of posetive devloper and not pre sensetized oard with regard masood
