So I'm stuck to read a lot of designs and datasheets and asking my questions to you guys. At least for now.

I'm just the kind of guy that does not like to bother anyone, but I have to say, this forum is amazing and you are are awesome

Cheers

I thought it was simple.

BJT - has the highest transconductance so use it in a feedback amplifier where high open loop gain can linearize the amplifier very nicely
JFET - has decent linearity when run with source degeneration resistor chosen for max. linearity and use it open-loop

Need low input current (low noise) - use a JFET

The subtleties come with capacitances.

And it's not really that simple either.
