The Lambda was made for PS by Theta and is very much the same as the Data Basic.

I was amazed to see the pic on Eddie's site - exactly the same problem!! I have attached Eddies Pic and my own for comparison.

I'll be onto Philips tomorrow.

I think my tray gear broke recently (the tray doesn't open properly, it shakes and I need to help it manually)

panterka could you please explain how you repaired yours? I assume you repaired the part instead of changing it

I don't suppose anybody has come across a Philips CDM-4 gear wheel? (For Marantz CD 52). Philips no longer supply this part and Charles Hyde in the UK is out of stock.

The CDM-9 gear wheel is different - but is still available from Charles Hyde and Son for those who need one. Part No. P33192. www.chsinteractive.co.uk.

Pulley wheel for Marantz CD 52 player drawer

I was wondering if anyone knows where I might find a replacement for the drawer gear that opens and closes the drawer in a Marantz CD 52 player. The part number is 4822 528 81329. The previous posts indicate that it is no longer available. Can anyone help to source this? Thanks!
