No, the effects of rocking motion can only be somewhat reduced with an LCR parallel across the driver. It doesn't completely get rid of the problem, but it helps alot.

Not trying to criticize anything, just trying to find the reason. Spending money on two Bliesmas and Eminence, I'd rather go for TD15M-4ohm for sensitivity and cross it higher/make wider baffle.

Well, my priorities are different in this regard. The chosen drivers are excellent in their appointed coverage range. The AE woofer you mentioned isn't IMO the end all, be all compared to the highly capable KL3012LF. Two of these highly sensitive 12s can deliver alot of clean dynamics.
