Black Friday sales - what did you score?

Garage stereo upgrade. The tuner display on my trusty LLOYD'S digital tuning receiver only lit up for a few seconds when I banged on it with my hand. So I scored a new to me Denon tuner for $40 at the club swap meet to feed into the Aux input. Back in business baby! Yeah, it plays records and tapes too!

The stuff I ordered from PE on the PRE-Thanksgiving sale finally came. I’ve had “USPS Ground Advantage” ship slow before but this is ridiculous. Nothing critical, but I really could have used the cables and the mic preamp these past 2 weeks. I’ve already got my little Behringer mixer for line out mixing duty between the three computer sources, and no real room for my Stanton or A&H. Of course the new computer they issued me at work doesn’t have a mic input (just a line in) and the con calls are constant. It was a pain with the constant re-patching for mic pre duty, and losing the speakers - requiring headphones. I’ve got a wife with dementia and two dogs that get into trouble. I need to be able to hear what’s in the next room when I’m on those calls, dammit.

And 18 rolls of wire too, but the need for that isn’t immediate.

150 C7 power cords from MPJA @ $0.75 each...

So let me guess. the next 150 Pass Labs amps are all gonna ship with a C7 power cord. ;-)

How are you guys doing with the blue LEDs.... gonna run out soon? Maybe see a red LED one of these days?

BTW, I did buy some Red and White front panel push buttons for the power.... I plan on removing the blue ones... red for right monoblock, white for left, of course. I sure hope the soundstage won't collapse... you know... red being warmer than white.

I may be cheap, but I can still afford to be anal retentive. ;-)
