Includes mounting plate.
Note; The output voltages could be cut in half if 115VAC were applied across the 230V primary winding.
I can also throw in the rectifier / bulk cap board that provides +/- 140VDC, and a 12VDC keep-alive. Bulk caps are 2200uF 200V
