Best UXGA Solution

Found this for $450 on cNet. It's the Princeton Senergy 561.

One feature it has that's not listed above is that it has DVI input as well as analog VGA. This is a dream panel, and surprisingly cheap (compared to what's out there). I think this is a lot better than spending $300 on a Dell Inspiron laptop panel (which most have a 250:1 CR) and then spending $300 on a controller. As soon as I figure out a way to make 15" panels work on my OHP, I WILL be buying one of these for sure. I'll post pics, etc. when I do.
 
Phew. 🙂 That extra $250 is a jump, to go from a $200 panel to a $450 panel... is UXGA that much better for projection? I guess noone really has any experience in that though. I thought most commercial video projectors were 1024x768... but I guess if we can make a BETTER projector for LESS, that would be even better eh? Hrm. As Pooh would say, "think, think, think..... oh bother."
