Thanks for the input. Gizey shape + short bevels = parralepiped half cylender as far : imaging and disapearing of cabinets help with that targett ? Are the short bevels large enough in the picture ?

But why spend this much on a speaker that is close to a back wall and not optimized for this radiation anomaly? I mean, the sound will no doubt suffer from early reflections, comb filtering and a colored sound as a result? This will happen up to the baffle step frequency domain (where the speaker polar pattern gradually will transform to 2π space).
An enclosure designed to function on-wall (or even better: in-wall) properly will bring a lot more here. Be it that good on-wall designs are scarce. One clue here is reducing depth of the enclosure to a size way under the frequency domain of the baffle step (increasing baffle size helps here). Essentially, look for a flat enclosure design. Check out the WaveWall design, but there are others around.
[Edit] of course 2' from a back wall is something different from on-wall...
