looks pretty cool. do you have cooling fans on your ballast? do you have a temp for the inside of the box after 1 hour of usage?

forgive me if this is a stupid remarke (total newb here) but in my reserching, I thought I heard that lexan was not a uv filter? looks great though! im in the process of building my htpc to power my soon to be built pj tonight. have the lens on order from lumenlab. and im about to buy the CMV CT-520D lcd for it as well. just need to find a good source for quality 250w bulb/ballast/socket/reflector. hehehe.
