Banning

In my opinion, and compared to any of the HH stuff, this behaviour goes well past all limits, and I second that he be BANNED, and no further aliases allowed, and right now would not be soon enough - attitude problems are not welcome here.

Eric.

With due respect Eric, looking from a side (through my moderated eyes) your comments create about as much attitude problems as Bill's. While his behaviour, although hardly tolerated by everybody, is to a certain degree caused by lack of emotional balance and probably required for his well being, your posts, OTOH, are calculated actions directed at causing confusion and anarchy. Although I still believe in anarchy😉 , as a moderator complying with your request for banning Bill, I would have to ban you as well. This is my job, so don't take it personally.😉

now see i see nothing wrong with that site,he makes enough money to have a store front and i've seen alot worse websites, come down to it if his shop was down the street and i blew up my radio i'd take it to him.

To Peter

I'm glad you said calculated.

I had been feeling sorry for the guy, him being so repeatedly obnoxious and apparently oblivous to it.

To Dice -

Thanks for the kind comments 😉 - I do know what you're up to on this😀 my apologies for not responding to your e-mail -I do intend to respond.

Some unacceptably nasty diyAudio members scatter
the meaningless ***** out in the street and behind a wall
watch who puts his foot on the ***** traps. And giggle
behind. Hell of jokes!

Chaos.

Where is the green diyAudio?

Sorry I went too much.

On the other hand, I do not know who is Harry Haller.
I just got minor part of him through this diyAudio forum.

He seems to have his own temper. He does not seem to
like nasty questions, diehard opinions, misleading information,
schoolteacher-like talks, Spam mails, etc. I saw he was trying
to kill off such things. (I am not talking about the manner.)
But, he was doing it alone. As a return, he received all attacks.
It made him upset, and he started to demonstrate “What do you
think?” with many copies of all such nasty things here and there.
Finally, he was banned.

He was right in many parts and I agree with him.
I would however like to say that he did not think about
many innocent diyAudio members carefully.

Now, he might have come back as himself, but still few of us talk
about him, and even try to find a string of funs on him. It is cruel.
It was enough. Let’s stop any playing on him. Please…

I wonder if my view is right or wrong about HH.
If HH is reading this and see I am wrong, just pass it away. Thanks.

Where did that come from?

Brian:
You kids!

Actually the way it is done is with a paper bag containing the "suprise"and soaked in gasoline. Light on fire, place on door step, ring doorbell, and run like hell while looking over your shoulder at the person stomping out the flaming gift. As Martha Stewart's EVIL TWIN would say ".... adds a festive and traditonal touch to the Halloween holiday season!"

Mystery?

Like what that perfect lotus blossem is doing next to that decaying old pine tree.:yinyang:

jh6you:
HH ?

No, Ma, not that. That ain't it. Just, as long as I'm an outlaw anyways, maybe I can do something, just find out somethin', just scrounge around and maybe find out what it is that's wrong and see if they ain't somethin' that can be done about it. I ain't thought it out that clear, Ma. I can't. I don't know enough.

Then it don't matter. I'll be all around in the dark. I'll be everywhere, wherever you can look. Wherever there's a fight so hungry people can eat, I'll be there. Wherever there's a cop beatin' up a guy, I'll be there. I'll be in the way guys yell when they're mad. I'll be in the way kids laugh when they're hungry and they know supper's ready and where people are eatin' the stuff they raise and livin' in the houses they build.* I'll be there, too.

Good night,
Tom Joad

Public Statements...

Dave - Thankyou very much indeed for going to the trouble of re-designing my website. major Kudos indeed.
Hell with the extra business, I might have to get an employee technician.
Problem is getting one who can get it right 98% of the time, first time, every time.

Bernard - My first post in this thread was to make PUBLIC my complaint about the now several unasked for, unappreciated and straightout personal attacks by Mr BF.
I have always been polite to him, and only kept to the subject at hand, and for some reason within the psyche of Mr BF, he finds it neccessary to launch vigorous and scathing personal attacks.
This is what I mean about 'attitude problems'.
In the thread concerning the word 'Jap', BF posted tongue-in-cheek saying please do not use the word 'Jap' to the poster who uttered the term (this was NOT me), I simply asked "Why ?" and BF responded in a greenie tree hugging manner about political incorrectness.
Somehow I left out the line "Is the leopard changing spots - good to see" and then posted a confrontational quote from BF's mouth that he had much earlier directed at me, in order to flesh out some kind of apology from him.
Just as an elephant never forgets, so a leopard does not change its spots it would seem.
Before I could go back and edit my omission the posts were deleted.
So I did not worry about the matter, until I came across further derrogatory and impolite posts from him.
This inspired me voice my public complaint at the beginning of this thread.
I have made reference to the unaccountability and lack of references to errant behaviour in the 'Sin Bin', but it seemed to fall on deaf ears so I said it again.
A reason for this was that I have always found Frank Degrove to be a peaceable and polite contributor and was banned, and no actual reasons or examples were given.
Without reference to the offending post, I felt this to be highly unjust based on my experience of him.
Just so that you know, this was the subject of some background private emailing between certain members here.
So I propose that if you are to ban or sin bin anyone, in the interests of justice and correctness (and not on moderators personal whims or prejudice at the time) a quote from the post and a link to the thread must be given.
So,"You sustain to question moderator autorities without making the attempt to to use private email for having your unease settled. Your actions imply this is a mean police state. You are rashly eager to shout: Injustice! Your attitude, yor reality.
Oh, and you are 98% non-reponding if one of us moderators asks you to stay back from pouring oil into fires."

Police state - well yes if the courts do not allow the public or the media into the gallery.
Injustice - if there is no accountability, injustice is welcomed to flourish - democracy and public forum are controlling forces.
98% - I must have missed 98 of those emails. 😉
Bernard please well understand that I am not moderator bashing in the slightest, but I do feel the process needs the above suggestions for the above reasons.

Eric.
