Elwood625 had some made. He might chime in or your can message him. I used his PCBs s for mine. Good luck!

I sold all the remaining PCB's I had made. Nelson Pass supplied the gerber files for the preamp and power supply, see earlier posts. I used two power supply PCB's per channel for my build. I had them made in China using a PCB maker, I'll suggest to you what Nelson suggested to me, have 10 sets made and sell the rest as there is still people who want to build this GREAT preamp. It has so much gain and sounds incredible using the parts listed in the PASSDIY website article on this preamp.
Hi
I am considering building this preamp for my Pass A75. Does anyone have a set of spare PCB's they are willing to sell and ship to Denmark please 🙂 ?
Regards Mikkel
I have some PCB’s of Papa’s latest update. Send me a PM and we can work out the details.

Did anyone order boards from OSH Park?
Everytime I convert gerbers to their format and then upload, my eyes get bigger seeing price.
But last year they add a new board style "After Dark". Only 1oz copper.
(Black FR-4 substrate with clear soldermask to show off all those beautiful copper traces.)

Very spectacular!

Hello all:
I'm doing some cleaning and have a spare Zen Balanced and power pcb board set. I think I purchased these from Elwood some time ago..
$14 shipped in the US?

I have good experience with this manufacturer. They are cheaper and good quality.I recently update this artwork for double sided and Gerbers very
compatible with China PCB Prototype & Fabrication Manufacturer - PCB Prototype the Easy Way
PL45A IS 8.0" X 4.6" and PL45B is 4.5" x 4.6"

I need to connect the balanced output of the Sony WM1Z to the Balanced Zen Line Stage Preamp.
From it, I need to connect the output with one end to the input of the Saksa85 amplifier. It is possible?
Or if I connect a balanced input, the output will also be balanced? Thank you for your response.

Page 6 of the project article (https://firstwatt.com/pdf/art_bosoz.pdf) mentions wiring for XLR and RCA for both the input and output.
Thank you for your response. In the unbalanced input of the amplifier, the cold pole is common to the left and right channels. This means that when any connector is connected, there will be a mutual connection -R -L . That's why I'm wondering if it will work this way.
It looks like GND is common to the two channels on the zen line stage pcb, so I expect it will be fine.
On balanced, the cold poles L R are separated from each other. They are not even grounded. When connected to an unbalanced one, it connects to each other and that can be a problem.
I quote from the article Pass
https://www.passdiy.com/project/preamplifiers/balanced-zen-line-stage
Of course the circuit is happy accepting a balanced input, and besides using it as simply a balanced gain stage, you can choose to view either output polarity as a single-ended output of each phase. Thus the circuit also functions as a general balanced and unbalanced converter.

Help. Just built this preamp and have a problem, When I power the PCB from a -59 and +59 power supply. When I switch on one of the 22.1 ohm resistors R16 or R17 overheats. I have tried all components and they are correct, I have changed both mosfets and it still overheats. The circuit is obviously drawing too much power, but where from? I am using pcb from the original passdiy article. Any assistance will be greatly appreciated
Overheat as in R16 / R17 smoking or did they feel hot to the touch? Were you able to measure the voltage drops across them?
only one of them at a time overheats to a point of near flame. You don't have time to do any testing
With the power off, check the resistance of the MOSFET source pin to ground. Then take pictures of the pcb, both sides if you can, and post them.
