For European builders, which transformers do you use? I was thinking 2x 300VA with 2x 18V secondaries is good for this build.

I believe that I covered that issue, too , in this very thread ..... at least I wrote what I'm using
as far as I know , Toroidy is making good stuff , SAG is just increased guarantee that critters are not going to buzz
generally - whatever you throw in this amp , money wise , is thrown in good cause - amp deserves it
btw. toroidy certainly aren't sole European manufacturer of good xformers ...... I have great guys here , but Serbia isn't part of EU , so Customs etc. ............
meaning - look around ....... or - if ordering from Toroidy is simplest solution ( who cares from where goods are shipped , if they arrive ) , just go for it

Yes I read what you use. I also like the encapsulated Talema toroids available from RS components, unfortunately I can only find those in 225VA.
The price difference with Toroidy is not massive, so might just take the Toroidy SAG ones since this is sort of my one time premium build of an amplifier I will probably keep as my main amp for a very long time. Should something better papa-inspired come along the PS can be re-used.

Donuts for this amp were acquired many moons ago , from different local manufacturer , and they're not having magnetic screen
nowadays I'm ordering ( as Mikorist said ) from Trafomatic , already with static shield and magnetic screening ...... last time when I ordered few their Doonuts , I asked for some screening tape and they send me that one , visible on some pic above
I believe that's the same tape material they're using for Donut core ; I just wrapped few turns , taped it with some masking tape , and later wrapped with Tesa cloth tape ..... to give them faaaaancy look
