I told ya , basshead .
it's placed in front of bass range output buffer
I thought you were smokin that 20hz bass boost stuff, not smokin the black volume knob stuff.
The best way to learn is by your dumb mistakes.

I sent Nelson big email detailing the things i thought he should improve on the various FW stuff i listened to. Clearly thats why he is on DiyAudio. He wants my opinion

Nelson has clearly lost his way with this Firstwatt and Zen philosophy. It's the first kW that counts and the more complexity the better.

Firstwatt? It must be a typing error.

OK Nelson.
Without even doing an A/B or tweaking the crossover, this thing along with biamping kicks butt
Last but not least. I am absolutely hooked on OB

It always makes a thread more interesting with some attractive women to look at, besides I have to keep Zen happy
There needs to be yin and yang, to hear the one hand clapping
Hang on, maybe I don't want to hear the one hand clapping. Ahhhhhh sh1t. Too late now

I could cheat and get my multimeter out, but I will see if I can work it out by looking.
Probably makes more sense to have it at the output
It is at least definitely only attenuating the bass woofer

I was just teasing ya - it's pretty irrelevant where it is connected - in front or on end of section

Just by getting rid of the crappy inductors I have managed to get a significant improvement in efficiency.
I will work on the crossover now
Black is the old passive crossover and Blue is the initial response with inductors removed
