10000uf 100v and 6800uf 63v

because i will use Elna 10000 uf 63V what will
happen ?
I pray for better sound quality, Of course
If not change to BG FK ... of course not !

Absolutely correct. These capacitor manufacturers know what they are doing and when the say 63 volts rating, they mean that 64 volts or more has a very good chance of causing a failure ... zzzzztttttt ... smoke, smoke, stink ...

I over did it a little on my NX150 amp = +/- 67 VDC, so I had to use 100 volta rated caps.

The difference between these 2 amplifier boards that you have posted pictures of are, better components = better sound. Cheap compnent's wont unleash the missile you are looking for 😀
My theory, buy the best you can and roll with that. The class a Mini Alephs i run are 20watts and to this day i still don't use the full amount of power they have.
