Hiii guys ... It is nice to meet u again

I stop this hobbies for a while (4 months)
Because i need to make some money for my family
and i work a project and at the end i knew something
wrong that project was a little dangerous

When Anthony Holton wrote me an email a week later
Asking : "do you need some assistance ?" so i answer
him : "your amplifier works beautiful but i make printing
on the front plate ... all thing finish except front plate

(Thats time i knew that im ok, in my real life ... Amin)

I lost a little but if i calculate i can buy Meridian CD
G08 and 2 set SQ 28 siltech cable for my system
Thats ok ... sometimes we must pay our careless

Im glad that i can continue this NX again ... feuww !

I will continue this project guys, it is near the end
Maybe i will take a time for my family first

Connected Front, bottom & Heatsink

I use stainlessstell bar with measurement

width : 10 mm
lenght : 10 mm
height : 100 mm

This bar was connect front plate, bottom plate
and heatsink

i attach the picture of the bar

For Bottom Plate

I make a hole to screw the bottom plate
with the stainless bar

Use the stainless bar to connect the front plate
and the heatsink and screw it
( We must make it the hole in there too )

So the heatsink and the front plate will be united

PSU Shock

When i was screwing heatsink to chasis
i hear a little sound like "Tess"
( Contact from PSU connector + to - )

So i got a little nervous how can this thing happen?
(I forgot when i test PSU, theres a capacitance there)
So i look wheres the source of a little sound

When i look around for the source
i hear a bigger sound TASS !!! and the bright light
Oh my eyes ... my eyes ...
but i can still looking several second after

Grrr ! I must reduce the capacitance first
i will always remember this thing

Boys and Girl dont try this at home
It is very dangerous

Reduce Capacitance

I used Resistor and LED to reduce capacitance in PSU

Connect cable power from PSU to Amplifier module

First – Stand up the encapsulated

BIAS

The Amplifiers is on now
so i check the heatsink but after 1 minutes
The Left heatsink is very hot
But Right Heatsink is so cold

I try this module six month ago and their work fine
So why ???

After i tried to remember and realized
i forgot something i change Trimer Pot & Signal caps
I change TrimPot with BOURNS cause more accurate
BG F 100uf 50V Replace Nichicon FG 100uf 35V

Bias Left Ch from 7 Volt to 0.9 Volt ... Ups this is A* Amp
Bias Right Ch From 0.23 Volt to 0.9 Volt

Wait for one minute, heatsink still cold
Wait Five minutes, heatsink a little warmer
Wait for ten minutes, heatsink still little warmer
No Wait anymore to Play CD
