I'm still trying to work which is dumber, 2 MegaDumb or 2 picoDumb. Hehehe
Is that kinda like 1,000,000,000,000 microphones = 1 megaphone.....?
I'm using a ba3 front end driving 4 pairs of buz 901/906 lateral mosfets. Output circuit is f4 style wired point to point. Works for me.

a photo please 🙂
Thanks
The amps were put together quick and dirty to try stuff out. I did try them with irfp240/9240 outputs. I like the lateral mosfets better.
The speakers are

Driven through a passive crossover by the amps in the picture
The woofers are eminence 15s crown amp and a mini dsp.
The system strikes a nice balance .....sounds great playing girl with guitar and plays loud enough to satisfy the inner rocker.

Me too.
sissies
everyone knows that toobz are better

You are right, but high voltages scare me.
Still having flash backs.
I prefer tubes at the input.
It doesn't look like Nelson will be selling those SITs anytime soon so I'll be sticking with laterals until then
Tubes for Voltage mosfets for Current😱ya sure ?
everyone knows that F8 will have KT88 in output

I think I may prefer laterals in the output as well, but i would also agree with ZM, in that you need multiples. They do not sound the same as verticals, that is for sure, but over time this forum h as taught me to question why. You cannot parallel enough to match the gain without largely scewing with the capacitance problem, so you cant really compare apples and orranges. I would be looking at a 4-5 pair buffer output with beefy driver stage.
Might find this interesting. A balanced version might be really nice.

3 pairs, at half an amp per pair works very well, although I bet Nelson has other more interesting ideas
though , I like Forest's version , but this one is pretty much same good :
