Were you able to convert your PS-1 power supply to 220V?
I Think You can solve it his way
Disconnect all the secondary wires and connect only the primary to 120V.
Measure the no load Voltage on one of the secondaries.
Get some transformer wire like the primary wire and wind a few say 10 to 20 turns on the transformer the same direction as the original primary.
Connect it again and measure the Voltage on those wires.
Make Your math and determine how many turns You'll need for 120V.
Wind the remaining turns on the transformer but leave some wire for adjusting turns.
Now connect the two primaries (old and new) in series following the same winding direction to 220V and measure again the no load secondary voltage on the other wires You've measured before. The reading schould be somewhat identical.
Adjust turns
It schould work !
