Many thanks to Mike. It looks very nice and works perfectly.I just wrote a blog post about a new and really nice web based client (ympd fork) I am currently using/testing:
myMPD - My new favorite MPD client
When I believe it's ready, I will prepare packages for 0.99.73 and let you know what to do in order to test it.
Greetings,
Mike

Using the myMPD interface for over a week now, and I'm still very satisfied. Missing some filter options like Genre and YEar or Album, but for now this is a great interface.
With YMPD I used an app on my mobile to control my music, With myMPD I use the web browser on my laptop and mobile.
Great implementation, thanks Mike!

Hi guys, anybody experiencing problems accessing their Tidal account on Archphile? Mine has suddenly vanished out of thin air, although I checked and all of the my settings are by the book.
Thanks!
Thanks!
I am using two Archphile renderers via Upnp, and they both show with the same name. Is there a file I can edit to change the 'friendly' name so that I can tell them apart?
You can change room's name in the /etc/upmpdcli.conf file.I am using two Archphile renderers via Upnp, and they both show with the same name. Is there a file I can edit to change the 'friendly' name so that I can tell them apart?

Thank you! Exactly what I was looking for.
Please help this newbie. I boot my Pi with archphile and it looks to load ok. I am running an HDMI to my TV so can see the boot sequence. When complete, the hdmi drops so I presume archphile had dropped the tty and gone headless? If so I cannot see a DHCP allocation. To my Pi from either wireless router. Therefore I cannot ssh and configure. Any ideas please?

In p23 of the manual is the way to enable or disable hdmi.
Check if it is enabled.
You should be wired though ... wireless is disabled by default!

Thanks man. I was being very lazy.
Hard wired = console
Left onboard wifi disabled (default)
Enabled wlan0 for USB dongle wifi (better antenna / gain for wifi access)
Set static IP on wifi
Using MPDDroid from android.
Alll working well!

Anyone using MPDeluxe or Soundirok for iOS? I'm unable to see any webradio playlist. But MPDroid on Android works fine.
I'm using both and have the same problem.Anyone using MPDeluxe or Soundirok for iOS? I'm unable to see any webradio playlist. But MPDroid on Android works fine.
I guess it has to do with iOS.
Don't know for sure though!

I figured out a way... convert the .pls file to .m3u and upload to the playlist directory. Only problem if you have that many radio stations, then you have tons of playlists including your own local ones
I can do with only the Android clients for the radio.. hehehe! The stations are many and I am not listening to radio that much.I figured out a way... convert the .pls file to .m3u and upload to the playlist directory. While thinkering with upnp for tidal, I came across the linn kazoo iOS app.
It exposes archphile mediaserver AND the radio stations!
Does anyone know if alsa-equal (Equalizer) works (not necessarily supported) on v0.99.73? Has it been removed from the playground repo?
