Unless it's cooled in liquid nitrogen, you must be joking.

Just parallel 1056 of those .65nV op-amps seems like a no brainer. The optimum source resistance is rather silly but that's not the point.

If you Google SQUID pico-voltmeter you can find some nice work actual real time DC coupled amplifiers that are 10's of pico-volts noise. No cross-correlation or thousands of averaged FFT's. I was thinking this afternoon of how far you could go with a flux-gate magnetometer at room temperature to do the same thing but it does not look promising.
