I'm modeling a 3 Way with dual Anarchy-708 woofers. I can' find any measurements for these. I will eventually measure them, but they are on back order for the next month or so. Thanks for anything you might have, even plots that I can trace.

any progress with the Anarchy 708. I am designing a two way with a waveguide xt25 and 7", and this one could be perfect. Just wondering if you have measured the unit and what were the results.

Vance Dickason at Voice Coil Magazine did thorough measurements of the 7" Anarchy Woofer.
I published half a s s e d measurements of the six inch version on this forum.
The original designer of the woofer published some Klippel measurements of the four ohm and eight ohm version at diymobileaudio.com.
They're definitely out there.

Yes, I finished the towers right before Christmas. I will find a link to to my build and post it later. Funny thing is the bass seems to be getting better over time, no doubt placebo.

Thinking about making a two way Anarcy .5 cuft with the Vifa XT25BG60 with the Monacor round waveguide. Wish I could use the BC B&C 8NDL51 but will not fit on the .5 pe box. Do you think this combo may work well. Tks in advance.

It's the same driver. When diycables closed down, Erich from diysoundgroup just ordered a new batch of the same driver. He also had the factory build a batch of drivers based on a design from Kevin Haskins/diycable that hadn't been built.

Completely different drivers. I have both here at the house. The 8NDL51 is basically one of the top midbasses, if you want a lot of output. Really dynamic and efficient.
The Exodus Audio Anarchy is (mostly) for people who want to build a speaker that's truly full-range. With some work, you can get the Anarchy to play down to 30 or even 25Hz. It's basically a woofer which happens to play up to 1500Hz.
Due to Hoffman's Iron law, the 8NDL51 will crush the Anarchy when it comes to maximum output. On the other hand, the 8NDL51 will never dig as deep as the Anarchy goes.
It really depends on whether your priority is "maximum output" or "maximum bandwidth."

I understand that the B&C needs a sub while the Anarchy does not, and that can play close to 10 dB higher, at a similar efficiency range than the XT25. Yes decision at the end is to use a sub or not. I have modeled the size and in the premade enclosure I want to use (almost no woodworking skills), it's borderline impossible to install the B&C 8NDL51, drivers will be too close to the edge.
At this point I am gearing towards the output. In the "higher" efficiency range that can fit the PE .5 ft3 enclousure, and with a fs below 70Hz, all I can find that fits is the FaitalPro 6FE100-8.
All sizes of ports are just quick sim to see what can physically fit on the box.

I would probably look at some 6.5" or 7" woofers from SB Acoustics.
The cheap Faital drivers are good for their price, but the SB drivers are a step up.
The SB woofers are a great middle ground between the Anarchy and the 8NDL51. All three are great. The Anarchy is the least efficient, but has the most bandwidth. The 8NDL51 has less bandwidth but the most efficiency. The SBs are right in the middle.

Your box seems a little small. I went with .9 cf per driver, this is taking account for the space consumed by the driver and vent. I used a 3 inch by 9.25 inch tube for the vent tuned to 38hz. I like the driver, maybe look at it sealed in such a small enclosure? I realized my thread was on a different forum. Here is what could be a link. Does anybody know, if this woofer ever gone be on stock again? Diy Sound Group lists it as sold old, for quite sometime now.
Have you tried contacting Erich over at the diysoundgroup website? The website & products are a side gig for Erich so sometimes things move slowly.
