With a dipole there is no special baffle step you need to care for. It is kind of hidden in the dipole peak already.
The low pass filter at 100 Hz works as a massive output attenuator. You should use as much gain on the TDA7498 as you can before raising the input of the miniDSP. Try to get the bass level right for your listening position. It is all in the room mode region, so you can´t have the bass level optimal everywhere in the room.
Maybe you tell us what you could achieve and we advance from there.

Did you ever get that mindsp crossover to work on your OBs. I have a knocked together Alpha and a Visaton B200 in an OB and was going to dispense with the inductor and play around with an active xover. Your experience in this matter would be appreciated. Dave
