Just a bit smaller. Next one will be a bit bigger.
Very cool. A few years back at the air races I bought one of those wall mount fascias that look like a P-51 is flying out of the wall. Luckily Air @#$& Canada did not damage it.
Bought some mini USB type B male PCB connectors to make Magellan GPS power cables for neater installation in my cars. The cable version connectors don't appear to offer solder pads for all 5 pins judging by their photographs so they don't appear as if they will work.
I think I was taken by an ebay vendor when I originally bought the cable type. I think I stupidly assumed that we had misplaced the first order and reordered some more, and what really happened is the vendor shipped neither order.

I bought a robot toy for $35 on the internet. If it does 1/2 of what it boasts, it should be fun, and I might learn more about digital control.

Which robot toy? Sounds interesting.

Don't forget to allow at least 120 hours BURN-IN.
It will get smoother in operation and a more pleasing result.
It may also reveal hidden features.

A 0.25pf capacitor !
Its for compensation on the USB scope I have designed.
The input is 1M with 2pf input capacitance.
In the times 10 mode the 9M input resistor needs a 0.25pf cap across it for compensation.
Trying to find a through hole one was impossible. So had to buy 4 off 1pf caps and put them in series !

Hmm... Isn't this the sort of thing where you just twist together a couple of short lengths of insulated solid wire and literally trim it to spec? Or is that not stable enough, or too inductive, or...?
Bought some supplies for my car audio project:
Brown Packaging Kraft Paper Roll 600mm x 300m 80GSM Packing Wrapping Craft | eBay
New Laser Guided Scissor Cutter Trimmer Sewing Cuts Straight Fast Easier | eBay
Stainless Steel Double Side Measuring Straight Edge Ruler 60cm/24", Silver Q7G9 191466274125 | eBay
+ some new fleece sweat pants.

Nice, I got a pair but one woofer is stuck. Listening to the other one mono now as I popped my Esoteric MG-20 tweeters and those are chicken teeth now =(.Fleamarket.
Seas kit 303r near mint with stands. About 30 euro. Happy!

Solder two 1" (2.5cm) pieces of 30AWG wire wrap wire to the pads. Twist until you get the right capacitance.
> Twist until you get the right capacitance.
IMO, 0.25pFd is not a "twist". More like two 1/8" stubs 1/8" apart.

I made it easy for myself in the end.
I changed the input capacitance to 10pf which meant the compensation capacitor can be 1pf, both of which can be bought in through hole.
