A digital thermometer/hygrometer Amazon.com: AcuRite 01083 Pro Accuracy Indoor Temperature and Humidity Monitor: Home & Kitchen
A humidifier will be purchased shortly, to try and get a better nights sleep (not that I need it right now, as it feels too humid!)

We had a discussion somewhere about Moody Blues' album Threshold of a Dream and I am listening to it now.
I wrote that it wasn't my best Moody-album. But now when at the age of 64, I am listening again - not that bad at all, but still not my favourite.

Did not buy it today...but recently got everything together for my STX format PC.
This is the star of the show in this little pc. Since it really makes it boot up fast and will load Visual Studio projects fast.
Decided to add picture of the pc with a highlight marker for scale.
Processor is a G4560 (Lots of value for money)
If you don't mind me asking, what make / model PC is that?
I sure don't mind.
It is an ASROCK MINI 110. You get an external power supply like a laptop, case and motherboard in one.
ASRock > DeskMini 110 Series
Memory, CPU, etc is up to you.

Thank you for the tip and link!
Threshold of a dream was the first Moody Blues album I purchased. I went back and bought Days of the Future Past the next day and have since collected most of their releases.
The BenQ HT3050 projector arrived today. Better in every way than the old Optoma HD73, for less than half the price. Wish I could stay up all night watching movies - this picture is gorgeous! 😱
Got two Arduino Nanos and a 2x50W (Really?!) amp from China, together with Marillion.com CD, yesterday.
They are not PIOs, they are bi-filar wirewound resistors PTMN. Low noise, low distortions. Good for up to 1 MHz. I would say, best resistors for input stages.I like those PIOs. Reasonable price, good stability, just buy enough to be able to match them.
The second picture shows Tantalum caps.
My bad on the caps.
I would never use tantalum caps since testing I did back in the 80s. Damn things are ESD sensitive out the wazoo. Latent damage issues et all. Handling can result in damage that does not show up for quite a while.

I use them, no problems. However, when many of them are in parallel, it is hard to tell which one of them is deadly shorted. ;-)
Bought a bunch more new-house-related stuff off of online classifieds. A used but higher end ceiling fan for $20, a whole house surge protector NIB for $30, and a huge heavy wooden swivel stool that I hope will let me work comfortably at my workbench for $12
I just ordered a bunch of resistors, caps, ICs, potentiometers, switches (it was not that easy to find on-on-on toggle switches) and IC-sockets.
Most will go to the MFOS Noise Toaster.
