I use the iPad for music so yes, it can be in a land far, far away...and your misplaced phone?
...for 37 hours straight.
Always a great idea to have a spare prop, and means to replace it.
First aid kit - oh yeah!!!

I bought . . . A central heating boiler. It took three and a half days to install and cost as much as my nicest 'scope did eight years ago.
A Kenwood KA-400 made in 1980. In mint condition. Vintage stuff is not my cup of tea but I could not resist this one.
I bought the new QuantAsylum QA403 , i have the old 400 model, and it only runs properly om Windows xp or lower.
Sadly due too semiconductor shortage it will be delivered late April.
Bought 3250 Siemens KS capacitors also.

Hah... here in California, I paid mid five figures for two HVAC units last year... Five zones, 3.5 and 4b tons.
Back in '85 we were paying almost $50K for an HP 8568B, but it had HPIB.... 😉 This, and the HP1980B, were the jewels of an RF ATE station we put together to test first gen GPS receivers.
Those were the days...

These seem like really nice drivers. I’d never bought any SS before.
Nice! I'm looking at Scan 10F/8424 just now so I can start building XRK's WAW design. Was waiting for the much cheaper Peerless TG9 alternative but they're NLA, at least practically. Are they plastic or cast metal framed? It's just that they look like plastic but I can't imagine Scan doing plastic frames.
Nice Tony,
I drooled over those analyzers.
I have a 3585A and 4195A now. A couple of 3580A as well, and a 35665A. I used to hang the 3585A on the monitor output of the 339A THD analyzer to see what was really going on.

Ha! Yes, I am having my 25 year old truck looked at today, so I am not sure what I am buying just yet. Gotta call the mechanic. Been thinking about a new truck stereo with something decent attached too.
The 'ol starrs and stripes says better make it soon, from what i just read yesterday.so I am not sure what I am buying just yet.
I'd like a nice new car stereo too but I think I'll let the new Tacomas cook for a year or two more. My rig is almost 19 y/o, so what's another year or two?
They were ordered from JLCPCB a couple weeks ago and arrived today.
PCBs for my 8 channel DAC/DSP. Crossover in CamillaDSP running on a Raspberry Pi 5 with a SI8660BA isolator shield (green), a 3-rail Linear PSU with denoizer (black), a control/standby unit based on a Arduino Nano (blue) and 4 TDA1387x8 DAC boards (white) - each one is basically a ProtoDAC with an active I/V stage and muting circuit.
WIll open a thread when the actual build starts.
