Yes, that is the next step. You can buy new binder terminals/bananajacks for the speaker connections at the same time as the other electronic supplies. The dual jacks are 3/4" spacing, US inches unfortunately for Europeans.
Although these terminal plates are different, not sure what would fit.
There are 4 connections on each of two plastic plates(one plate for A outputs and another one plate for B outputs), and the distance between 2 neighbour posts is around 24mm, thus 72mm between first and last one.
Seems it doesn’t fit to any imperial distancing.
I guess I will spend whole weekend searching for something suitable..
Well, the 3/4" "standard" banana plug distance works out to 19 mm. If they are 24 mm apart you will have to buy individual banana terminals. With the warning about underside plugs & sockets, https://www.diyaudio.com/community/threads/when-is-a-4mm-socket-not-4mm.406205/unread I would try swtichcraft neutrik or smith.
Yes, also thank you for the link.

I had ordered some Deltron panel sockets for banana plugs.
The holes on rear panel are way bigger to accommodate directly any individual socket I could find, so I will end up making adapting panel for that purpose.
Hope Deltrons will do the job well.I would try swtichcraft neutrik or smith.
When I was younger, I had that inclination to explore a lot, then to choose best version for money of whatever I was focus on, I believe those above are the choices.
But nowadays, I expect nothing to last long, if something will serve its purpose for 10 years, well, I just go that route. Who knows what will happen to the amp or me even after couple of years, or tomorrow 🙂.
Till the time the sockets will arrive, I am just enjoying the amp as it is.
Then I am going to dismantle whole rear panel, cord out.
I will take panel to work, will try to flatten it the best I can, and create the adaptor board for new binding posts.
Would that board be better cut off metal plate or plastic plate?

Plastic will admit radio into your amp. Depends on how close the radio is whether that will be a problem or not. I got 1000 w CB radio driving down the street in front of my house transmitting constant tracks of barking dogs. An AM station 6 miles away transmits sports talk programs.Would that board be better cut off metal plate or plastic plate?
I would suspect deltron banana jacks come from the same country all the other counterfeits come from. Measure the I.D. with a caliper to determine if they are really 4 mm or not.
As indianajo advises, metal is definitely preferable. Having continuously conducting intact metal between the post holes is also highly desirable re EMI ingress.
Shoulder washers might be an easy diameter fix if you can find appropriate size.

Use Aluminum sheet, thick, easy to work compared to thinner steel.
Drilling and machining is easy, once you learn, just different speeds, and lubricants compared to other materials.
Bakelite sheet and steel sheet can also be used to form a thick conductive layer.
But first, check if shoulder washers are a suitable method.

I can source the metal plates at work, when there is some time, not time yet..
The deltron sockets arrived today, I found also older deltron banana plugs and they fit perfectly.
Also tried various banana plugs and seems the sockets are fine 👍🏻
The deltron banana plugs have design i like, I will fit one speaker pair of cables with these.
What I like on the sockets is that they will extend inside of amp, instead of outside, thus no more damage during shipping or manipulation.
Thank you, when I will find some I would prefer that one for sure.Use Aluminum sheet, thick, easy to work compared to thinner steel.

I am not sure .. can not imagine how that would look like.. I think the whole plate is easier to make.Shoulder washers might be an easy diameter fix if you can find appropriate size.
