Well just came back from garage, checked with another multimeter and it showed dont remember what exactly but it was mVAC, so it seems mine were broken.
Also have adjusted output on amp to 28V, plays not that well i expected, but at least plays.
I guess there no more issues left? So thx everyone for help and maybe see u in other topics.

Well im not electrician to find this out, but i have opened that old one amp, and i saw a lot of oxidized components, and saw some rust too. So i guess there is no doubt why it didnt work properly.
At least im glad that there is no problem with my alternator, hope so..
ahhh! so the amp was bad!
i hope the shop didn't charge you too much to test your alternator.
and i guess you'll have to ask Santa for a new multimeter.
have a Happy New Year!
