McIntosh MC75

Although the 3 cubic foot box full of NOS tubes may be worth more.
Much more to show you, but let me get a 'Short List' compiled soon.

No idea of any functionality (yet) except the one.

Lower End ?

Dyna Tube Sections, I wouldn't say that.

Dyna FM-3
Dyna SCA35 (Integrated Tube Pre-amp/ Tube-Amp)
This one was a X-mas he gave me as a kit, at about 13.
Best present ever! Sure made me smile when I found it. 😀

Restoring them may significantly decrease their value to a collector .

Yea, I'm somewhat aware of that. Just doesn't seem right to a DIY'r though. They should live !
I'm sure the electrolytics are dried/dead or will be (or on fire) if power hits them. Maybe, I'll do temp swap out to fire em up.
Maybe I can trade for a stereo match up, mono ...not me.

Maybe I'll just be (or call myself) a 'collector'....that was the general idea as I uncovered these things. Certainly have a good start.

Sensible thing would be to ask a few unbiased collectors for input. Know any?

HP 3455A Digital Voltmeter ......]
I have 3 in my rack with a 3336c and a 3325a by the way that voltmeter is also a 4wire unit very nice.

Three ? Geesh.
If you can show me a legitimate use for 4 of them....I'll give you a 4th one.
But seriously, Jack__ also stressed the 4-wire capability. I like the HP3478A I have for it's 4-wire....any comparison.

Keep it it a great unit. More voltage range on 3455 up to 1k volt vs 300 . you can download the manual at agilent or what ever they change the name to and compare the specs. 3478 is an easier bench top unit while as you know the 3455a need a rack. Replace the cap every 20 years and it will last. My oldest is 40 years old and it stays in spec just need the cap replaced but they are only good for about 20 years anyway. like the gpib linkable to record data. 🙄
