Altec Throat 30162

Does anyone have an Altec 30162 horn throat handy? It's the throat that goes in the 802 and 805 multicell horns .

I need a measurement and mine are 100s of miles away in storage. Thanks!

Can't be sure but those look smaller than the ones for the 1803 so I'm afraid I can't help.

EDIT: Yes, it appears the waveguide for the 1803 is the 30166.

In order of importance:

1. The dimensions of the rectangular opening. (is it centered?)
2. The dimensions of the rectangular flange
3. Distance between the two flanges.

I'm hoping to make a pair of 2" throats for my BMS coaxial driver. I had to use a 2" to 1.4" adapter "backwards" to get the driver on the 803. Starting with the 2" throat would be better, I hope.

Scale is millimetres.



Rectangular flange is symmetrical. Overall size is approx 108 mm x 80 mm. Opening is approx. 67 mm x 35 mm.


Flange to flange distance is approx. 116 mm.
