In my head, understand, just 1 amp alone will cost ME $10,000 dollars to build. That does not include paperwork.... and I'm just guessing at that number

What I want to do is use all of what each supply can deliver, so it is the +150- rails, that spec is almost dead on, @ 22A. All of this is going into the amp at all times! Input Max for both power supplies is, 48 Amps at 230v. So instead of building the amp and then the supply, I take my supply and make the amp around IT. Maybe I'm wrong, but 300v @ 22A = 6600 watts of power to play with per amplifier, 3300 per channel, and then there is overcurrent built in, in doing the math, 230V X 48A I have a max input of 11KW. If I take that number and multiply it by the efficiency of the power supplies I get 9.7 KW. Divide by 2 and I have 4.8 KW max power out to 1 channel. I need it to do mainly 4 ohm work, as the whole reason for it is to drive the Magnepan 20.7's and ones of the future, and ones from the past. Music will live on in a way it was meant to be.... Oh, the other nice part is my 21 HP miller trailblazer can run all of this, barely. It runs my whole house, now that I think of it, damn, that is a lot of juice... Someone could be seriously injured or worse! Oh well, I think even eivel kenievel had fun...

OK, who did this to me, I mean all I wanted to do is make a cool amp.. well let me rephrase that "HOT" amp, and I get this.... It is 100% real, no joke... Really? I mean I am putting every safety device known to man in it, I don't think it will "meltdown".... Chernobyl 1... Happy anniversary to my love Janet, 1 month today 🙂!
