Akita "AllInOne" Amp based on TPA325x PFFB+ and LLC PSU in one board.

Not sure so far how many of the group buy members got the amp delivered by Vitaly. When I asked some months back he confirmed that he is building and delivering per the payment done in the priority order. I did my payment 16th Nov, 2020 and I am not sure who else did the payment before me and got the amp delivered so far.
Now that PayPal claim route also has gone to the toss I hope Vitaly comes back and responds either way rather than ignoring the msgs and posts by various affected members in the group buy.

Thanks

I ordered and paid for 4 amps. I have had a few PMs with Vitally and in the past he always responded promptly. I haven't wanted to publicly post issues with him because he was responsive.

He has not responded though to my last PM I sent on June 16. In it I asked if he had shipped my amps on June 4 as he said he would on his PM of June 3.

He previously promised on May 18 "All shipments tomorrow, from Moscow".

So now I am very concerned if I will ever see the FOUR amps that I paid him for on Dec 12, 2020. That's over seven months ago.

Vitally will you please be honest with us about the whole situation? You had seemed like a very decent person who wanted to share your talents with us. What has happened? Please communicate with us.

Thank You,
Rod

Best for those who don’t want to wait anymore (like me), open a PayPal dispute to get your money back. What a disappointment, I love the diyaudio platform and the GB’s but never experienced such a lack of interest from the so called seller before.

I paid for two boards on January 5th. Shipped once in mid-March but they returned back to him, reasons unknown (with three others, I believe Nerone's and Vunce's etc). Supposedly he re-shipped again on April 22 but the package shows no movement from Russia (I have the tracing number).
I repeatedly asked him to claim a shipping update with the carrier EMS, he responded only once a month ago that "yes he will, and no response yet from the Post". Before that he responded to few tech questions I had the same day...
Pay-pal claim submitted.

From the posts so far it seems that Vitaly "lost interest" some time ago - but unless I am totally mistaken this in not a matter of "being interested or not", but a clear business transaction: money paid - goods delivered.....or not....very sad indeed. I had ordered a separate case in March and have opened a PayPal dispute for that as well (the board had been ordered by another member).

Hi All,

I am also waiting for a boxed amplifier I purchased mid November (16th). I last had communication with Vitaly on Friday 14 May, at that time he said he would try to send the amp the following Monday (17th May).

I hope he's ok, I have been so looking forward to receiving this amp.

Dave.

Hi Fellas,

I did receive my amp after it was sent back and re-shipped, the address was not correct it’s amazing it got delivered.

This is a terrible situation for most involved with this GB, I believe only 4-5 amps got delivered. Vitaly has been active on the forum, last activity was June 15th, he has not posted anything though. I can’t help but think he was responsive enough to keep a little faith the amps will get delivered until the 180 day PayPal purchase protection expired. Then he became unresponsive. My recommendation would be to file a claim ASAP if you are within those 180 days.

I stopped listening to the amp a couple weeks ago because I couldn’t get past the felling of “dirty-ness” knowing it’s a major source of unsatisfaction.

I wish the best for you all! Hopefully your funds will get recovered.

Best,
Vunce

He does not seem to be transparent in answering the queries about the amp builds and shipments. I paid on Nov 16th, 2020 so I guess I should have got my amp long back based on his own admission that he is doing on priority basis the PayPal payments. But he promised others as well on similar lines and now there is no response. Now I feel he did not send as per the PayPal payment order list as well. Did anyone paid in Nov and got the amp delivered?

Regarding PayPal dispute I lost the chance with the 180 days expiring last month and as I was presuming I need not go to that extent of claiming dispute being another fellow member. But I guess I should have raised a dispute within 6 months.

@nwboater sorry to hear thats a lot of money $170*4= $680 🙁

I have defended Vitaliy on this forum several times. I was also thinking (probably naively) that his lack of response in recent weeks was due to a personal issue. The fact that he was active on the forum June 15th seems to suggest this is not the case. I paid on November 15th, so my 180 days are gone. Funny enough is that I notice that the amps were not sent according to the order of registration, as people who registered after me had received their amps. I also believe now that the majority of people in this GB did not receive their amps.

This is no longer defendable.

@johoya - when did this PM exchange take place? When I asked about a possible case (in March) Vitaly's response was very fast - hence my instant payment. Unless Vitaly offers some explanation/finished amps or refunds I suppose the forum needs indeed to be informed - especially as the gentleman is active in a Russian audio forum where he logged in.....today!
