In new version PCBQuestion:is it possible to connect directly to the balanced input of the TPA3255?
This amp no have pumpingDo you phase reverse one of the channels to mitigate power pumping?
In speaker crossovers, one are always advised to mount all inductors ortogonal to each other i.e. in a x, y and z direction. Is there also here a problem with cross induction interference? If so, it might not be soeasy to solve.. It would need a small board mounted upward... and there are 4 of them :-/

TPA3255EVM has them all parallel and in close proximity to each other. I've read through a few of TI's documents and have not seen any comments about this... a lot of other designs have this as well.In speaker crossovers, one are always advised to mount all inductors ortogonal to each other i.e. in a x, y and z direction. Rename one set of A, B, C and D so no chance for mixup?

I would ask for this as well drM. I had to PM to ask which was L or R +/- on a 2.0 setup and it’s also different for a 2.1 setup. Maybe printed on bottom of board?
Thanks,
Pete
Are those grounded mounting holes? IMO would be better if they were electrically isolated so that a ground loop breaker circuit could be used with less hassle.Version 3
Can have a separate tab for grounding
