Aiwa AA-8300 restoration ideas

Another aspect - when you will be ordering replacement parts then do you want to put together a full list and order one package or are multiple purchases acceptable? If you want to have it i one package (to save postage costs) then you need to create a list for the whole amplifier.

Also although the common and foolproof suggestion is to replace the capacitors "like for like" then my personal preference is to replace lytics in signal path with film capacitors where reasonable. But film capacitors cost a bit more.

Regarding crosstalk on speaker terminals with load - service manual shows the terminal connections like this:

If both channels share one ground (return) wire to "chassis ground" and that wire has small cross section or bad contact in its path then crosstalk can easily increase with attached load (resistors, speakers).
So it would be helpful if you would upload photos about the internal wiring of the speaker connectors.

Speaker terminal wiring is - fortunately a bit more reasonable than in the manual - but where are the black wires ending up?
One would expect two of them, on the photo it seems that there are four.

For banana terminal sets you can search eBay - one seller sells those for many amplifiers but unfortunately right now I do not find any of those listings.
Perhaps it was that company:

The black wires from the speaker terminals are (if my interpretation of the photos is correct) connected to the "star ground" together with the big reservoir capacitors:

Since the chassis if the amplifier is grounded in multiple points then I do not see much sense in grounding the speaker terminals (again) at the connection ends.
