Sergelisses, if your email is ---------@meg.fr you also have parts kits coming, so your order will go out shortly. If not, PM me.

Got my boards.
thanks for all the efforts !

Has anyone made a BOM for the PSU?
I'm making a list straight from the board at present. I have been through the thread and may have missed it but if one already exists please would you post it?
cheers
Aidan

Thanks Bob.
I didn't realize that all the neccesary information is there in one place. Nice site.

I updated the parts lists - fixed a typo on the 15V (Qty of 1K resistors) and changes to the 65V to reflect as built/supplied.
Note that I supplied 1/4w resistors with the 65V kit. At 65V there are 4 22K resistors that are pushed a little harder than the standard 1/2 rated power - the output sense divider and the LED dropper. At 65V they are at .14W and .18W respectively.
If you want any significant brightness out of the LEDs you'll want a lower value for R6, 17 that will allow more than the 3 mA that 22K does, and you'll want a 1/2W resistor.
Similarly, if you want to go much higher than 65V you'll want to change R2, 22 to 1/2W
With P1 and P2 at max (10K) the regulator should output 42V. As you decrease resistance, the voltage will increase up to wide open. If you need below 42V, you can decrease the value of R2, 22. Going to 15K will get you down to 32V minimum, 10K down to 25V.
Oh, almost forgot 😉, all the parts kits are put together. I'll start packing to ship tomorrow.
Edit: There are a few more loose parts than previous kits - I forgot to order the ammo pack resistors and wasn't buying enough 1n4007 to get them taped unless I was willing to pay $60 more for them

Have not received mine!
Musical,
You also have parts kits coming - I have only sent the board only orders. I'm packing up the boards and parts orders now.
Once again, if you ordered ONLY BOARDS please let me know if you haven't received them. They have been in transit nearly a month.
Boards and parts kit orders will start shipping this week.

Bob,
What is the Mouser part number for the heatsink used on 15 volts power supply? I checked it on your parts list in your website but it doesn't say. I would like to order parts in advance before I received the boards.
Thanks,
Fred

Bob,
I take it from a previous post that the group buy for the PSU 2.2 is closed i.e. no more orders (until you do it all again!).

Alan,
Assuming that none get lost in shipping, I have a few more PSU boards and 6-15V and 4-65V parts kits. I've got everything but the teminal blocks to make several more parts kits of either flavor if there is interest.
Send me an email and I'll put you on the waiting list.

Package Received
Got my AF4 and PSU boards, including one 65V PSU kit. Thanks Bob for all your effort for making this group buy happen and also thanks to Jens for his design.
More power to you!

Hi Bob.
Can I ask you if the 6-15V kits are on their way? Thank you.
Pierre,
I have not shipped your order yet, sorry. I'll be pulling an all nighter to get this done soon.
The state changed the footprint of the school going up next to my business to include our site (Makes sense to me - leave the run down row homes, take the only family doctor's office in the area) We're scrambling to find a new location. We're also opening up two new offices sooner than expected and negotiating the purchase of two more practices. Today is scheduled for 15 hours. Phew!
