Well, I underestimated the price differential of the 15 and 65V parts kits. The good news is that I overestimated the 15V parts kit cost.
15V parts kit WITHOUT BOARD is $20. Includes all parts needed and 2" heat sinks, screw terminals. Does not include mounting hardware for TO-220s or standoffs. Includes 1500 uF 35V input caps, 470 uF 25V output caps.
65V nominal adjustable parts kit WITHOUT BOARD $30. As above, with 100 V caps and trimpots. Input caps are 470 uf, output 100 uf.
I've updated the order page. Those who have already ordered boards and want to add parts kits need not add extra shipping if less than 4 psu kits are ordered.
I'll add an incremental shipping button for those US buyers who are going up to a flat rate box later on.

Addendum: The 65V kit includes MPSA42/92 transistors - they are inserted opposite to the silkscreen since their leads are reveresed compared to the BCs.
