Can you confirm that 6.2mV is spec’ed by Accuphase?
The schematic from post #7 is not official.

I have another question: where can I reliably source 2SA968B/2SC2238 and 2SK213/2SJ76 transistors used in the driver stage to avoid counterfeits? Or are there any suitable replacement models? Thanks!

I have a rather large quantity of these extremely versatile MOSFETs. They are of -85 vintage.

Can be sold in pairs or as sealed bags of 50.

Rated at 160V they can in many instances be used instead of 2SJ79/2SK216.

Perfect as drivers in power amps.

$20/pair. Shipping at cost.

My stock of these extremely hard to find 200V MOSFETs are dwindling at an alarming rate so I have to raise the price a bit.

New price will be $13/pcs.

Please also note that in many situations you can use the lower voltage ones, the 2SJ77 / 2SK214, which I still sell at $10/pcs.

Hello,I want to replace the main filter capacitors of my P-300X. Do I only need to remove the screws on the copper busbar from the bottom, or are there other fastening components that need to be removed first?

Better idea is to leave the caps where they are.

I agree as_audio 😉.

The main caps in my P-300X were in fine working condition and measured within spec. Leave them intact unless they are leaking.
