A Large LTspice Folder from Bordodynov. Half way down this page are links to the models. You can grab the whole folder or cherry pick the ones you want.
There are also a bunch of extra example circuits.
Components Library and Circuits - LTwiki-Wiki for LTspice
Please dont ask how to install, thats easy enuogh to find, search Diyaudio, in that wiki or on youtube.

I recommend more new information on my web page:
For LTspice users. Libraries of models, examples, etc
This new information has a better structure and more models.

Alexander Bordodynov's standard.mos file was updated Feb 2021 for both IV and XVII.
Special thanks Alexander🙂

How can I simulate a photodiode in the Ltspice with your lib. There is an input port for light. Which component should I use for this light input?
It is controlled by the voltage at this input. In most cases this voltage is equal to the radiation power that falls on the light-sensitive area. There is a variant of the photodiode where the voltage is equal to the illuminance in lux.How can I simulate a photodiode in the Ltspice with your lib. There is an input port for light. Which component should I use for this light input?
True, there is one model of photodiode (built in LTspice example) where the input is current.
Most models are suitable for LTspice. There are exceptions - digital models as well as nonlinear core simulations. I added models (and continue to do so) using pspice models. Sometimes I improve the compatibility of these models with LTspice. I do this to speed up counting and improve convergence. Will a PSpice model library work in LTSpice?
Hello !
I'm simulating a 20 years old subwoofer amplifier before repair and parts swap.
I went through the databases and failed to locate models for the following transistors.
2SC2389
2SA1038
2SC4467
2SA1694
Does by any chance any of you have models for those or know where I could find some ? Sanken site is not providing such.
Many thanks
Cheers
Jean-Francois
