A large free LTspice model library

How can I simulate a photodiode in the Ltspice with your lib. There is an input port for light. Which component should I use for this light input?
It is controlled by the voltage at this input. In most cases this voltage is equal to the radiation power that falls on the light-sensitive area. There is a variant of the photodiode where the voltage is equal to the illuminance in lux.
True, there is one model of photodiode (built in LTspice example) where the input is current.

Hello !
I'm simulating a 20 years old subwoofer amplifier before repair and parts swap.
I went through the databases and failed to locate models for the following transistors.
2SC2389
2SA1038
2SC4467
2SA1694

Does by any chance any of you have models for those or know where I could find some ? Sanken site is not providing such.
Many thanks
Cheers
