And here you got a pic of the dynamic duo.
Very much to my disappointment, their DAC went south a week ago, so we couldn't hear it at the event, but I for one, have very high expectations to it, and made sure to have an agreement with Kim (Nelson Bass), to get to hear it, as soon as they get it back to life.
It should be mentioned, that Kim has a legal excuse for not fixing it, during the last week, as he had a child for Christmas 😎
Magura 🙂

...... that was main reason ; to take a trip without visa (at last ! ) to Osterreich ( to Manu's ) , then to Danskeland ..... I need new passport ; but I realize too late that my personal ID expired more than year ago ...., and that just prolonged entire process .
I hate that bureaucratic crap! At least the situation concerning travelling without visa has eased in Serbia.
Hehe, what do You mean ZM😀
Oh, i see magura is up, guess he never slept.
Oh, I assure you, he slept! 😀 I was awake for hours when Magura decided to peel himself out of the bed.

Now it's up to me to send a big 'Thank You' to the Danish people for switching to English in the "official" part of the event. I was the only foreign participant of the event, so this was a really nice touch. Particularly as all contibutions without exception were equally interesting and a fun to listen.
I'm going to post some photos later...

Okay everybody: After the event I took Asks HolmImpulse in use right away.
I don't have a measuring microphone yet, so I cant measure my speakers yet.
But I use it for measuring electronics.
It is really easy!

I hope so.
Though some things didn't work out as planned, I hope everybody left the event, thinking they had a good day.
One thing we sure all got out of it: We got to meet each other in real life. That changed a few perceptions AFAIK 😀
Once we were done with the big questions in life, like cables, burn in, capacitors and so forth, people became relatively friendly again, when the topic changed to religion
A few funny incidents did arise, now that we got some time to reflect a bit.
Worries I had before the event:
So many people come to visit me at my place, to hear my new amps, but the sofa is really only big enough for 3 to listen at a time.
Will people get along? Or will we have to arrange a "sin bin"?
Will Mrs. Magura be the only one taking photos? Neither she or I, are masters with a camera.
What actually happened:
Only a few occupied my sofa, and for a short while, but everybody were stepping on each others toes, to get a look down the engine room of my amps.
Actually a chair would have been enough 😀
Everybody were chatting away, in a friendly manner, and counting out a few instances of fear (some didn't like exposed mains wires 😎 ), I think everybody were happy with the company.
Though Mrs. Magura were taking quite a few photos, she just might have been among those whom took the fewest! So now all that's left, is for you guys to post them.

Hello everybody
It was a great pleasure to be at the festival. 🙂
My USBDACs will be running at the next event, so will our heavy modified Vacuumstate RTP3C preamps (in fact only the line module is original; the volume control is not R-2R as stated above in the thread but a 12 bit based shunt attenutor with a resolution of nearly 0.1dB per step in the area of regulation).
The current sourced high voltage shuntregulators are based on a discrete design by Manfred Huber (known for the PSU-motor regulator for the Teres Turntable).
A few pictures of Mr. Magura and his state of the (he)art handcraft power amps:
