resistor is connected in series with 22 k 1 watt resistor is it ok or should both
ends 3.3 k and 2.2 k go to hv supply rail

Schematic is OK, there is some difference compareing with H900.

Use wire 1,5mm without isolation and solder it over tracks.
Nice preamp, but this tone controls have interaction beatwin mid and treble.

The 2SC2344/2SA1011 pair are much better than MJE15032/MJE15033 in terms of FT Value.
