hi Ravaslanka
greetings toroidal details for H900 amplifier core size and winding details are given....
thanking you
Andrew Lebon
hi andrewlebon,
thanks, but 2 turns/v is for secondary but what about the primary.the
core seems to be supporting 2kvand would you mind sharing the equations you used .
thanks again

hi apexaudio
greetings thanks for reply looking forward to make this project
1 can diode rhrg 3040 be substitued with diode 30ETH06 FRO INTERNATIONAL
RECTIFER both diodes are hyper fast 30 amps 600 volts
2 will design pcb for step driver circuit
3 have 3 50 0 50 spare transformers so can i wire them up in series for
testing
4 supply condensers voltage rating should be 80 volts is it okay
5 can ac voltage be reduced to 40 0 40
6 with this supply can 2sc 5200 and 2sa1943 be used in output stage to keep cost down and they are easily available
thanking you
andrew lebon
For 3 step class H you need 6x35v ac maximum (I suggest 6x30v ac), and than you can use 2SA1943/2SC5200 (6 pairs minimum).

hii hari, where you come from? we just one country! if you are also interested in assembling a power amplifier Apex H900? 🙂Also me, please?
Hi Apexaudio
Greetings tlo72 step driver works well power supply and new DIY toroidal transformer for H900
thanking you
Andrew Lebon
Congratulations, looks like real DIY. Do you have lower temperature on heatsink?

hi apexaudio
greetings thanks for the encouragement yes temprature is low
will check it on jbl 500 watt speaker for 4 to 5 hrs full volume then will i comment busy designing 3 step pcb
what software do you use to design pcb never used any pcb software till now
all hand drawn hope it works thanks apexaudio for sharing your wonderfull
schematics

Use ExpressPCB it's for beginner

Hello sir APEX,
I'm one follower of your thread.
I just want to show a schematic we back 80's.
This sound ok with 38 0 38 ac.
Wish i could supply it on higher voltage like 70 0 70 ac transf.
Somebody could help me to revise this schematic.
thanks in advance.
regards,
Ronald

Yes you can, good luck with PCB design.

Witch of these njw1302/3281, njw0302/0281, mjl4302/4281, is better for the 1200w version (6 in pararel )
I have a local supplyer who sels them at 1 Euro per piece.
Sorry for my english !

1 Euro per piece is too good price, use MJL4302/4281 or NJW1302/3281.

Its clear to me, that price for NONE genuine parts, be carefull.
This unit priced at 6.5US$ each, So Be aware!
Show Some clear pictures, Or buy one and crash it, and see the size of the silicon chip inside it, post it here, I can tell you. 😀
Thanks
Thank you sir APEX,
I have additional request for this circuit to have a simple zener limiter.
supply rail is about +-90vdc. idle.
Can it be possible with zener ?
Best regards,
Ronald

Use this simple limiter, diodes are 1N4148, and you can use pot 220R instead 68R resistor to set limit level.

hi apexaudio
greetings want to ask you if in vertex schematic 3.3 k 1 wattt
resistor is connected in series with 22 k 1 watt resistor is it ok or should both
ends 3.3 k and 2.2 k go to hv supply rail
thanks or the goodluck wishes
