Which models? Do you have schematics? Only this topology (quasi AB or H with nmos) is interesting.

Thank you, ECLER use quasi nmos output stage for PA on right way, like ARCAM for Hi-Fi with bootstraping positive rail... not like many diy designs, there is much to learn if anybody want to use this topology.

No, only resistor output optocoupler will work in limiter.

I agree, this is something new for me, and I like to see this optofet in some comercial amplifier in limiter circuit.
